Report a problem
Tell us your device model, Android version, game version, what happened and the steps that reproduce it. You can include a screenshot if it helps. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary personal information. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible; no fixed response time is promised.
The vehicle will not move
The game starts in Park. Select D for Drive, then hold Gas. Release Brake before accelerating. Stop before selecting Park or Reverse. Use LOW range for rocks and steep climbs. If the vehicle becomes stuck while you hold Gas, automatic recovery returns it to a checkpoint in Park; select D again to continue.
After a crash
Choose the free five-minute respawn timer, or start a fresh run. The countdown is saved if you close the game. This release has no ads, so an ad-based recovery option is unavailable.
Save, continue and progress
Pause and choose Save and exit to preserve the current journey. Continue resumes a saved journey; End run banks earned trail coins. Progress is stored only on your device. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes it and cannot be undone by support.
Performance or an unexpected closure
Close and reopen the game, close other demanding apps, allow an overheated device to cool and check for a game update. Include the device and the region you were driving through when reporting a recurring issue. Android 7.0 or later and a supported 64-bit ARM device are required.
Offline play and privacy
The Android game works offline and does not require sign-in. Privacy, terms and this support guide can be read inside the game without a connection. Opening the website or sending an email uses your browser or email app. For privacy requests, use the same support email.
