Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of GameLink. They are not a substitute for legal advice and do not remove any right that cannot lawfully be excluded in your location.

Acceptance and licence

By downloading or using GameLink, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Aman Singh grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the unmodified GameLink software for lawful local screen capture and streaming.

Local-use purpose

GameLink is designed to mirror and capture content from devices you own or are authorised to use, over a local wired connection. You are responsible for obtaining all permissions required to capture, record, stream, or share screen content, audio, game content, personal information, or the content of other people.

Acceptable use

You must not use GameLink to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, bypass platform protections, interfere with networks, distribute malware, or capture content without permission. You must follow the policies of the phone, game, streaming platform, and operating system you use with GameLink.

AI-assisted development

GameLink was developed with AI-assisted and rapid-prototyping (“vibe coding”) tools. It is provided as-is and may contain errors, limitations, or compatibility issues. You should test it with non-critical content before relying on it for a live stream, recording, commercial production, or other important use.

No warranty and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GameLink is provided without warranties of any kind, including availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from defects. Aman Singh is not liable for lost recordings, missed streams, data loss, device damage, service interruption, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use GameLink. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Third-party services and software

GameLink may interact with operating-system components, Android Platform Tools, OBS, Firebase Hosting, and Google Mobile Ads. Those products are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See Third-Party Notices for included software notices. Google Mobile Ads are optional rewarded ads on the production Android sender.

Updates and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue GameLink or these Terms. You may stop using GameLink at any time by uninstalling it. These Terms end automatically if you breach them.

Governing law and contact

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Questions may be sent to amanthapliyal14@gmail.com.
