About this policy

This policy applies to Magic Doodle, an Android drawing and early-learning app published by Aman Singh. Magic Doodle is designed for children to use with a parent or guardian’s supervision.

Information children provide

Magic Doodle does not ask children to create an account or provide a name, email address, birthday, photograph, contacts, precise location, microphone recording, or advertising identifier. Drawings and learning progress are stored locally on the device and are not uploaded by the app.

Purchases and technical information

The grown-up area offers an optional one-time Lifetime purchase through Google Play. Google Play processes payment details; the developer does not receive complete card or bank information.

RevenueCat is used to display the offer, validate purchases, restore access, and determine whether the Lifetime entitlement is active. RevenueCat may process an automatically generated app-user identifier, purchase and entitlement status, app and device details, store information, IP address, and related service diagnostics for those purposes. Magic Doodle does not send drawings or tracing activity to RevenueCat.

Sound and speech

Music and sound effects are generated or played on the device. Spoken learning prompts use a compatible installed Android text-to-speech voice selected for offline use. The app does not intentionally upload a child’s voice or learning prompts to a developer-operated server.

Advertising and tracking

Magic Doodle contains no advertising and does not request the Android advertising identifier. The app does not use behavioral advertising or third-party advertising analytics.

Retention and deletion

Local drawings and progress remain on the device until they are removed in the app, the app’s data is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Purchase records are retained by Google Play and RevenueCat as needed to provide, restore, secure, and account for the purchase and as required by law. A parent or guardian may contact us with a privacy or deletion request.

Children’s privacy

We limit data use to what is needed to provide and restore the parent-controlled purchase. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child contrary to this policy, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents and guardians can contact us to ask questions or exercise applicable privacy rights.

Security, transfers, and changes

Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no electronic system is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than the user’s country, subject to their legal safeguards. We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
