Agreement and supervision

These terms apply to Magic Doodle, published by Aman Singh. A parent or legal guardian should review these terms and supervise a child’s use. By installing or using the app, the responsible adult agrees to these terms.

Creative and learning activities

Magic Doodle provides drawing, tracing, counting, matching, and other early-learning play. It is a supplemental creative activity and does not promise a particular educational result or replace instruction from a parent, teacher, or qualified professional.

Lifetime purchase

The app includes free starter activities and may offer one non-renewing Lifetime purchase in the grown-up area. The current localized price and purchase confirmation are shown by Google Play before payment. “Lifetime” means access to the app’s included paid collection for as long as Magic Doodle remains available and supported; it is not a recurring subscription and does not promise every future product or service.

Purchases and refunds are handled under Google Play’s applicable policies. Restore requires the Google Play account that made the purchase. Do not attempt another payment if access is pending or a charge appears incomplete; use Restore purchases or contact support.

Acceptable use

You may use the app for personal, non-commercial family use. You may not misuse the app, bypass purchase controls, interfere with its operation, redistribute it, or copy, reverse engineer, or modify it except where applicable law expressly permits.

Ownership and saved artwork

The app, characters, interface, and bundled content remain the property of their respective owners. The child’s original marks remain the family’s content. Saved artwork is stored locally, so the family is responsible for preserving device data and backups.

Availability and updates

Features may change to improve safety, compatibility, or the experience. Devices, installed speech voices, and Google Play services differ, so every feature may not work identically on every device. We may discontinue the app where reasonably necessary.

Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Aman Singh is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact
